Requirement & Skills:
- Candidates must have graduated from an HEC-recognized university institute for this vacant post.
- Candidates have 07 years of relevant Sales Experience within the Life Insurance Sector out of which 3 years in a managerial position and leading a sales team.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Applicants have good communication skills in English.
Responsibilities & Benefits:
- Assist in developing and implementing plans and goals for the department
- Work with the director to coordinate and supervise daily operations
- Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies
- Monitor attainment of objectives
- Undertake staffing responsibilities (hiring, training, evaluating, etc.)
- Assist in budgeting and monitoring expenses
- Maintain scheduling of events and represent the company when needed
- Create reports and submit them to the director or other executives
- Fulfill duties as assigned by the director
