• (Develop a monthly menu of food services for craft professionals, covering breakfast, lunch, and dinner, which complies with the workforce management instruction and scope regarding catering (a certain amount of hot meals, grilled food options, variety)).
• (Oversee the supply of all produce and food materials, required. Oversee and support the preparation of all meal services (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), ensuring appropriate chef coverage for the preparation of 3 meals per day, 7 days per week).
