Citizen Services Officer (CSO) Job Overview – What You’ll Be Responsible For:

As a Citizen Services Officer, you will deliver government programs and services in person. This includes guiding citizens through various application processes, offering direct support, handling confidential information, and ensuring a smooth client experience.

This role is completely on-site; remote or “hybrid work” is not available.

Qualifications Required for Citizen Services Officer (CSO)

• Minimum Education: Secondary school diploma (high school graduate).
• Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a customer service or administrative role.
• Language Proficiency: Must be bilingual in English and French.

Technical Skills You Must Have

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access.
• Strong understanding of Windows-based systems.
• Ability to quickly adapt to government software and digital tools.
