Delivery Driver Job Requirements

• Languages: English.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Work Experience: No need – Also training provided.

Key Responsibilities

As a Driver, you will:

• Safely operate and drive cars, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver a variety of items.
• Customer service: Provide friendly and professional during deliveries.
• As directed: Deliver newspapers and flyers to residences and businesses as directed.
• Load and unload goods efficiently, ensuring secure handling.
• Utilize maps or GPS tools for trip planning.
• Trip details: Keep accurate records of trip details, including “mileage, fuel costs, and any issues encountered“.
• Perform vehicle inspections before, during, and after each trip, ensuring all aspects of the vehicle meet safety standards.
