Requirement & Skills:
- Candidates must have graduate LLB or equivalent qualification recognized by HEC.
- Applicants must have minimum of 5 years of working experience and practice in the lower courts.
- Age limit for this vacant role 25 into 35 years plus 5 years general relaxation in upper age limit.
- Applicants have a good communication skills in English.
Responsibilities & Benefits:
- To conduct research relevant to legal query assigned, in both local
and foreign jurisdictions. - To analyze the documents for preparing the opinion and draft the
opinion on the concerned issue. - Review the existing legislations and draft the rules, regulation and
notifications etc. - Appear and represent the Commission before High Court and
District Courts and conduct prosecution of complaints filed in the
High Court and Session Court. - To prepare and review draft reply to petition and application etc.
- To review and vet the contracts
