Key Responsibilities of a Farm Hand / Tractor Driver:

• Operate advanced farming equipment, including modern John Deere tractors, telehandlers, front-end loaders, and trucks.
• Maintain all machinery to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
• Perform tasks with a focus on quality assurance, safety, and compliance with industry standards.
• Lend a hand in pack shed operations when needed, contributing to overall team success.
