Farm Labourer Key Responsibilities:

As a Farm Labourer, your primary responsibility. You will be to supporting crop production and maintenance at the farm. You will be involved in cultivating, caring and harvesting blueberries. Using both manual and mechanized techniques. Duties include:

• Planting, irrigating, and cultivating various crops.
• Fertilizing and applying crop-protection sprays as directed.
• Ability to harvesting ripe crops in a timely with efficient manner.
• Operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment.
• Supporting the farm team with day-to-day agricultural activities.

This position is hands-on, physically engaging. And performed outdoors in all weather conditions. Which makes it ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work and rural life.

Farm Labourer Work Environment:

• Full-time on-site work in outdoor, farm-based conditions.
• Exposure to weather, soil, dust, and seasonal climates.
• Must be comfortable working in physically demanding conditions.
• Shift schedules will be determined based on harvest seasons and farm needs.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Without a degree, diploma, or certificate required.
• Experience: Previous farm work is an asset, but not mandatory.
• Language: Must be able to communicate in English.
• Skills: Those who are experienced in operating and maintaining farm tools and equipment are preferred.
