Tasks of a Farm Worker:-

• Farm workers often participate in planting crops, including preparing the soil, sowing seeds, and ensuring proper spacing and depth for optimal growth.
• This involves the manual or mechanical gathering of crops when they are ready for consumption or sale.
• Trimming or thinning plants or fruit trees to promote healthier growth and higher yields.
• Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.

Farm Worker Requirements:-

• Without a degree, certificate, or diploma are welcome to apply.
• Be competent in moving & loading/ unloading stock safely.
• Must be available ongoing long term as this is a temp to perm role.
• Experienced candidates will be preferred for this role.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Ability to work as a team member.
