General Nurse Job Description

As a General Nurse in the NICU & PICU, you will be crucial in providing specialized care to newborns and children in critical conditions. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Patient Monitoring & Care:
  • Closely observe and assess the health conditions of neonates and pediatric patients.
  • To see all the patients are equal focus and treat equally.
  • Treat all patient with proper focus.
  • Administer medications, IV fluids, and other treatments as prescribed.
  • Monitor vital signs, oxygen levels, and other critical parameters.
• Medical Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans.
  • Report any significant changes in patient conditions to doctors and senior medical staff.
• Emergency Response:
  • Assist in emergency procedures such as resuscitation, intubation, and stabilization of critically ill infants and children.
  • Work efficiently in high-pressure situations while ensuring patient safety.
• Family Support & Education:
  • Provide emotional support to parents and family members.
  • Educate families on post-treatment care and preventive measures.

General Nurse Qualifications & Requirements

• Professional License: Must be a licensed nurse (passed board/professional exams).
• Must be knowledge of nursing working.
• Good communication skills in English language.
• Experience: Minimum of two years in NICU and PICU departments.
• Gender Preference: Female applicants will be preferred for this role.
