Position:

• Logistics Coordinator

Requirements:

• Offshore rigging and lifting training, including heavy lift and heavy haulage operations experience;
• Import/export operations and documentation – sea and air, customs, and quarantine requirements;
• Waste management and chemicals supply, storage, and transportation. Dry and liquid bulk products transfers;
• Darwin offshore oil and gas logistics experience;
• HSE supervisor training, risk analysis, root cause analysis.
• Have good communication skills.
• Good skills Speake and write English.

• Able to successfully complete a pre-employment medical and UKOOA;
• Common Safety Training Program;
• Hold MISC and TBOSIET certificates;
• Dangerous Goods Transportation Certificate – land, sea, air. Radioactive and explosives handling and transportation;
• Computer literate, high level of skill with MS Office suite and MS Projects.
• Follow procedures and guidelines.
• Tertiary Qualifications in Engineering / Logistics Management or similar technical discipline;
• Project Management;
• Logistical and co-ordination experience.
• Oil and Gas experience
• Experience in O&G logistics and well operations materials/equipment coordination;
• Warehouse and supply base operations, inventory control for offshore drilling projects;
• Wharf operations, vessel scheduling and sailing instructions, shipping agency functions, sea, and air chartering;
• Coordinating international inbound and outbound freight inclusive of freight forwarders, customs, and DAFF (Department Agriculture Fisheries and Forestry).
