Assignments of a Construction Manager:

As a construction manager, you have the following tasks to do.

• Develop and maintain a project schedule, which includes timelines for various construction phases, subcontractor coordination, and procurement of materials.
• Negotiate contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure that all construction activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Implement safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries on the construction site.

Requirements:-

• Candidates a minimum of 2 years of industry-relevant working experience required.
• Carpentry Trade Qualification LBP (Advantage) or Qualification in Construction Management
• Have a working knowledge of contract law and conditions of contract.
• Have excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
