Tasks for Welder Fabricator:

• Welders need to clean and prepare the surfaces of the metals they are going to weld. This may involve removing rust, paint, or other contaminants to ensure a clean welding surface.
• Welders must choose the appropriate welding materials, such as filler rods and welding gases, based on the type of metal being welded and the welding method being used.
• Many welding projects require welders to interpret and work from engineering drawings and blueprints to ensure that their welds meet the specified requirements.
• The core task of a welder is, of course, the welding itself. This involves melting metals at the joint and fusing them together using various welding techniques, including MIG (Metal Inert Gas), TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas), stick welding, and more.
• After welding, inspecting the finished welds is critical to ensure they meet quality standards. Welders may use various testing methods, such as visual inspection, x-rays, or ultrasonic testing.

Requirements:

• Three years of working experience is required.
• Interested candidates have a high school graduate certificate for this role.
• Be able to read and interpret plans and engineering drawings
