Position:
- Welder
Requirement & Skills:
- Holds a current Apprentice Welding ticket.
- 1 or more years of experience in an industrial or fabrication setting.
- Prioritizes safety with all duties.
- Monday – Thursday 10 hours a day work schedule.
- Applicants have good communication skills in English.
Responsibilities & Benefits:
- Repair worn parts of metal products by welding extra layers.
- Clean, check for defects, and shape component parts, sometimes using a cutting torch.
- Demonstrated mechanical ability, previous Welder and/or Welders’.
- Assist welders in the use of different welding processes and fillers depending upon the type of metal, its size and shape, and requirements for finished product strength.
- Cutting, grinding, and smoothing sharp edges of metal.
- Assist welders in getting them materials, setting up equipment, and preparing tools.
- Assist welders with the layout of materials.
