Responsibilities & Benefits:
- Assistance to Project Manager and project management team to ensure efficient and smooth project execution
- Collect input to client progress reports and compile draft reports for the project manager and PMT review and finalization
- Prepare draft project presentations and Minutes of Meetings for review and approval
- Establish letters and formal correspondence with the correct reference number
- Maintain project admin documentation and shared project information
- Assist with trending and performance measurement
- Ad hoc administrative tasks according to project phase/project needs
- Some travel may be required
