• Quantity Surveyor

Assignments of a Quantity Surveyor:-

As a Quantity Surveyor, you have the following tasks to do.

• Ensuring all operations and project planning adhere to health and safety requirements.
• Accurately measuring quantities, assessing labor and material costs, and producing comprehensive schedules to project specifications.
• Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date project information systems.
• Managing costs professionally and ensuring projects stay within budget.

Requirements:-

• Candidates a minimum of 3 years of industry-relevant working experience required.
• Must be qualified in Quantity Surveying.
• Have a working knowledge of contract law and conditions of contract.
• Have excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
