Position:
- Finance Manager
Requirement & Skills:
- Knowledge of accounting budget, management principles, practices, and procedures.
- Knowledge of the regulatory environment and industry to develop and evaluate agency financial processes and controls.
- Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, the financial markets, banking, and the analysis and reporting of financial data extensive experience in management accounting using large integrated financial accounting systems, data analysis, and costing systems.
- SAP and YARDI knowledge skills are required.
- Applicants have good communication skills in English.
Responsibilities & Benefits:
- Lead, and manage issues, risks, and impacts associated with the implementation of financial management initiatives, changes to policies, procedures, government directions, protocols, and legislation.
- Develops and implements forecasting system to improve forecasting efficiency.
- Partnered with senior management to consolidate financial/management reporting initiatives to help drive strategy review.
- Provides insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision-making.
- Reviews financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports.
- Guides your Finance Team in selectively gathering relevant financial information to analyze financial results.
