Responsibilities & Requirements Of Welder Jobs In Singapore

• Attend any mechanical breakdown immediately and to run back the plant. (Requirement)
• To repair bins, fabricate bins, weld the bins and support on all mechanical equipment, pumps, conveyors, gearboxes and etc. (Requirement)
• Join metal parts together using MIG welding techniques. (Requirement)
• Inspect and test welds for quality and accuracy. (Requirement)
• Operate MIG welding equipment and tools. (Requirement)
• Read and interpret welding blueprints or specifications. (Requirement)
• It is maintained and cleaned welding supplies and work area. (Requirement)
• Confirm proper safety procedures are followed during welding. (Requirement)
• We understand the relevant legislation and procedures to ensure that our tanks are welded to the standard required. (Requirement)
• The role includes welding in Mild and Stainless Steel at various thicknesses. (Requirement)
• Work on standard operating procedures and engineering data sheets to complete the welding process. (Requirement)
• Three years of working experience as a MIG Welder. (Requirement)
• High school certificate or diploma in relevant field. (Requirement)
• Aluminum MIG welding experience. (Requirement)
• Capable of welding 1G and 2F positions. (Requirement)
• Must be able to read and understand engineering drawings and interpret work instructions. (Requirement)
