  • Must be Filipino Citizen
  • At least 18-64 yrs old as
  • At least HS Grad / ALS Grad /College Grad
  • Must NOT be the current beneficiary of other government educational scholarship or subsidy program
  • Long Brown Envelop
  • Barangay Clearance(Original)
  • NSO/PSA Birth Certificate (Photocopy)
  • Photocopy of HS Diploma and Form 137/148/TOR
  • Valid ID (Original)
  • Valid ID w/ 3 Specimen Signatures
  • 4pcs 1X1 ID Picture
  • 4pcs Passport Size ID Picture w/ White Background and Name Tag.

To apply for the scholarship, students must first fill out an application form online at www.tesda.gov.ph or complete an application form provided by their school or college. Next, they need to submit official transcripts from all colleges and universities attended, as well as two letters of recommendation from professors or other qualified individuals. Finally, applicants must take the TESDA Scholarship Exam (TSX) and submit the results to TESDA.
